Location was perfect, house was exactly as advertised and was just right for our needs. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Jacksonville.

The property matched the pictures and description perfectly. It was the perfect location: quiet abut close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils allowing me to cook meals as needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a convenient location, it was easy to access, clean and the host was quick to respond to questions. I came into town for medical reasons and they brought me a box fan to block out normal daytime noise so I could rest easier. Very nice people. I will be back if I need a place in Jacksonville!

Pros: This was a nice clean little cozy home. The gated yard brings a sense of security. The neighborhood is quiet and close to most anything you might want/need. The cons: there was one uncomfortable futon for seating in the living area and the dining room table. We pulled the office chair from the bedroom to have enough seating for three of us in the living room to watch tv. The kitchen was OK. There were a lot missing essentials, like a toaster, serving dish and something with a lid to store leftovers in. I always put my dishes in the dishwasher and run it before I leave a VRBO, but have never been asked to, that was a bit off-putting. I also found it a bit forward to be asked to wash linens when we are being charged 100 cleaning fee. All in all, it was a nice home. It did what we needed and was safe. Just could have been a bit more comfy. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a pretty small, older, no frills house, with just two bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a combo living room, dining room, and kitchen, but it felt surprisingly spacious. The place was spotless when we arrived. It is also well insulated from both temperature and outside noise. I slept in the back bedroom and it was very quiet. I can't say enough good things about the yard. It's huge and my dog and I had a blast running around together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back for our next Jacksonville visit.

Needs dresser or chest to put clothes in. Only 2 hangers in closet. Didnt need to hang anything. Needed somewhere to put shors,tops, underwear etc. Lived out of suitcases for 7 days. But enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, pet-friendly home with plenty of room for my husband and I. The property had a large yard that was fully fenced in for our small dog to run around outside.
