Very nice property with a great location, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great host with excellent communication. Will definitely come back!

A great holiday in a lovely property. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need and some added little extras.Barbara and Paul are fantastic hosts , great communication, helpful and provide airport transfers.We will definitely make a return.

Excellent property with absolutely everything you need for a self catering holiday! Spacious, clean, in excellent condition and very secure with locked communal gates. Little details made a big difference such as ceiling fans in every room (air con in living room and main bedroom), fridge on the roof terrace and even a wheeled shopping bag for a big shop (there 5 big supermarkets to walk to within 1 mile).Close proximity to the beach which we walked to every morning and main restaurants just at the end of the street. Excellent communication from Paul and Barbara and we would highly recommend this property for a family holiday!

Friendly welcome by, Paul. Took us through all the doe's & dont's on how to be respectful guests. Comprehensive explanation on how all the appliances, gadgets & TV work. The house was spotlessly clean, ample towels for showering and beach towels for the pool and beyond. No need initially to buy sugar, tea, milk, water, coffee...or wine, thanks Paul, just replace what you use. Wi Fi is very fast. Plenty hot water. Solarium was used frequently. It had table and chairs, sun loungers and a fridge and an awning if it got too hot. Swimming pool area is lovely and the complex is gated for extra security. Would we use it again? Yes in a heartbeat, well done to Barbara & Paul.

Home is located in a small beautifully presented complex in a prime location a short walk from the many bars and restaurants of the strip. Several supermarkets are also within 5 minutes walking distance and the beach is 10 minutes in the other direction. Everything you could require is provided in the home and contents are the quality you would expect in a 5* let. Air con, WiFi and TV are also included and a nice touch was the welcome pack Barbara left for us so that we could have a cuppa after our journey. Paul also offered us a pick up and drop of service which made our holiday so much easier. A great point was him waiting for us with his luminous green brolly....we spotted him immediately and had no need for running around checking where our driver was as has been a bone of contention in the past with other holidays. All in all a first class experience which we hope to return to in the future.

We have stayed in Los Alcazares for 15 years and this was by far the best accommodation we have rented. Barbara and Paul live near the property and the check in was very easy. He met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed about things like air-conditioning, TV etc. Quite often you don't get that. Their house was spotlessly clean . The little extras that people don't generally think of meant our stay was about as good as it gets. I was chatting with Barbara a few days ago to try a date set for next year. A brilliant place to stay
