The cozy living room is furnished to feel like your home away from home with plush couches, smart tv, and an electric fireplace. Enjoy some indoor leisure time here, as well as at the formal dining table set for 6. Here guests can share delicious homecooked meals from the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, and cookware.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.
- This is a walk-in unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- The community is nonsmoking inside or outside. This is strictly enforced.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
