We send out clear and simple instructions on how to access the property, it HAS changed with the way guests check in this year since the HOA has decided to charge a Parking Fee that we have no control over. We apologize that you had issues, however, we sent you an email, a personal text, and you have a cell number to the LOCAL team if you have questions. You never contacted our team with ANY concerns.
