Enjoyed our stay. Away from the Branson traffic and close to the Payne Valley Golf Courses. Even if you're not a golfer, visit the Top of the Rock for some great dining. Buffalo Bar is very nice there and the view of the courses there. Surprised by the nightly fireworks display, but very enjoyable. Plenty of room and the screened patio was very nice for one's morning cofffee.

I had both of my daughters, 23 & 18, plus my 16 year old niece, as well as my mother with me and there was plenty of room! Super clean and we had everything we needed. We loved the gated community, it was beautiful and felt safe and close-knit! Location is great, far enough away from the main strip yet everywhere we visited seemed to just be 5-10 minutes away, very convenient. The Hosts were super quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating! 10 outta 10/definitely recommend! If we travel to the area Branson, I will for sure try to book this place again

Excellent! This is our second stay in this community. We will definitely stay in this unit again if it’s available. We loved the Christmas decorations…festive but unimposing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Property Management was super responsive by text when we had questions. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice, I wish I would’ve understood there was stairs to go down to the entry. My 85-year-old mother-in-law was going to come to visit but she didn’t because she can’t do stairs. When the ad said main first floor, we assumed there were no stairs to get in. As it turned out, she did not come and visit so it was not a problem, but it could’ve been so in the future it would be best that you indicate must be able to navigate stairs to enter. Also, it was kind of a bummer that the master bedroom did not have a closet for hanging clothes. We stayed 10 days and had many different sets of clothes that needed to be hung. That was also a bummer. Other than that this house was wonderful. The host was wonderful not your fault but the seven dollar a night parking was a surprise.

Thank you for the fantastic 10/10 review and for spending nearly two weeks with us! We are so glad to hear you found the house wonderful and enjoyed your 12-day stay. We also really appreciate your thoughtful, detailed feedback regarding the entry stairs, bedroom storage setup, and the resort parking fee. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and we will update our listing details to make the entry steps, closet layout, and resort fees as clear as possible for future guests. It was a true pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back anytime!
