I’m happy the home was well cared for and helped make your stay enjoyable. Whenever you find yourself back in Branson, we’d love to have you stay with us again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the unit clean and the beds comfortable. We appreciate you mentioning the creaking stairs and water pressure concerns. We’d like to note that during your stay, the only issue reported to us was the refrigerator light and the maintenance visit was declined. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the other concerns at that time, as we would have gladly sent our team to assist and assess them promptly. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can look into these items further. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
