The owners personally reached out and gave you his personal cell number for issues like this. If staying with us again, please voice our concerns before not after you check out so we can fix issues as they arise.

However, we would like to address the concerns highlighted in your recent review, which have taken us by surprise. We regret that you did not reach out to us during your stay to bring any of your concerns to our attention. We have reviewed the VRBO listing, and it accurately reflects that the downstairs bedrooms have one king-size bed in each. It appears that you may have reviewed the wrong description and booked the incorrect unit. Moreover, we would appreciate knowing what you found missing from the kitchen, as we are confident that we would have been able to accommodate any of your needs. We understand that you had a point of contact with one of the owners of Grand Welcome during your entire trip, which makes us even more surprised that the issues were not brought to our attention. We would like to stress that rating a vacation rental at a 2 without affording us the opportunity to address your concerns and make your stay comfortable is disheartening. In terms of parking, the guidelines clearly state the number of cars allowed. We sincerely hope that if you choose to stay at VRBO's in the future, you will give the host the chance to address any concerns you may have, and strive for a 5-star experience.
