We understand the condo felt cramped for your group and apologize that it didn't meet your expectations regarding living space and TV availability in the bedrooms, especially for your children. We also acknowledge your disappointment with the Christmas decorations and the furniture quality. After reviewing our records, we found that these concerns were not reported until the day before your departure. We sincerely wish we had known sooner, as we would have been happy to address them immediately and work toward making the remainder of your stay more enjoyable. Prior to your arrival, both our housekeeping team and our pre-arrival inspection team completed the property, and neither reported any of the issues you described. Had we been notified earlier in your stay, we would have promptly sent our housekeeping team back to address the cleanliness concerns, inspected the property, investigated the reported odor outside the home, and, if necessary, explored relocating you to another available property. Regarding the pool, the community amenities are managed and maintained by the Home Owner's Association. Had we been made aware of the condition you described, we would have immediately reported it to the Home Owner's Association so they could inspect and address the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and they have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for further review. Our goal is always to resolve issues while guests are still in-house, and we're disappointed that we weren't given the opportunity to do so sooner. Thank you again for your feedback.
