Nestled in the heart of South Austin, this welcoming condo puts you close to everything that makes the city feel special. Welcome to our charming 2-story condo, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor includes a half bathroom for added ease, along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a cozy dining area and a comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Step outside to the private backyard, complete with a dining set and BBQ, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or unwinding in the fresh air. This space is perfect for a morning coffee.

With modern amenities and a warm atmosphere, our condo serves as the perfect home base for your Austin adventures.

You will have access to the entire home.

We value your privacy and will not disturb you during your stay. However, we remain available and responsive should you require any assistance or have questions. Your comfort is our priority.

The property is located near South Lamar Blvd, one of Austin’s most dynamic streets. South Lamar is a hub of local culture, offering a perfect mix of trendy restaurants, iconic food trucks, craft breweries, and lively entertainment options. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual bite or a fine dining experience, you’ll find it just minutes away. With easy access to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the Greenbelt, this neighborhood is ideal for exploring Austin’s outdoor beauty while still being close to the downtown scene.

Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc.
1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by Guest Haus.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform Guest Haus of any damages or broken items that noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest`s stay.

5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify Guest Haus of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

6. PETS - We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.

7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.

8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.

9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

11. BBQ GRILL - If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.

When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.

12. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

13. PARKING - Guests may park vehicles in any spot in the parking lot in front of the building. There are no allocated spots. Free parking is also available on the street.

14. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. Guest Haus does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests` stay. It is the Guests` responsibility to immediately notify Guest Haus of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Guest Haus` ability.

Guest Haus is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

15. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
