This lovely 99m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice.

The living room has a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Please note that the building parking entrance is NOT FREE. If you have a car, please collect the parking card in the apartment, go out of the parking lot again, and take a U-turn to re-enter the same parking area. Also, be aware that construction is going on in the pool area on G6, which will continue until the end of December.

Dubai International Airport is only a 25-minute drive for travellers, adding to the location's accessibility.

This neighbourhood is a shopper's paradise, with a vast selection of stores and restaurants available at Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centres in the world. Whether you're in the mood for retail therapy or dining at one of the many nearby restaurants, you'll find plenty of options to explore and enjoy.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
