Hi Tammy, for taking the time to share your feedback. We'd like to address your points individually. Regarding the smart lock, entering an incorrect code multiple times causes it to temporarily lock for security purposes. We understand how frustrating that can be, which is why we provided an alternate access code for the back door as quickly as possible. Your stay also took place over the Fourth of July weekend, when the area experiences higher-than-normal activity and noise that is unfortunately outside of our control. We also take cleanliness very seriously, and following your stay our team completed a deep clean, including steam-cleaning the floors, as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the home to a high standard. Landscaping is also routine at this property, and the overgrowth is largely due to the heavy summer rains. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.
