The property management company responded politely and quickly to the two issues we had with the unit the first day we arrived. Those things were fixed the next day while we were at Silver Dollar City. The unit's kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated (as seen in the photos), but they were clean and well stocked. The neighborhood felt safe and very quiet when we were there in mid-October. We didn't hear any of our neighbors. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good selection of movies to watch on the DVD player in the living room. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool, but it look forward to using it next time. I felt like we got a great value for the price. This unit was the perfect size for our family of 6.

Communication was great and accurate. Thanks for dealing with all of my questions as I’m not the most experienced traveler. Kids enjoyed the pool, and we all had some nice walks. Lovely area. The location and the rooms were great for out family. We fixed breakfast each morning, played games at night… after swimming. Thank you for your help.

Peaceful and perfect vacation spot

We stayed here for our family vacation. It was the perfect spot to relax - the neighborhood was peaceful and we could easily walk to the clubhouse and fishing. The apartment was very clean and nicer than the pictures!
