This Forrest Park home is the perfect home for friends and families. Centrally located to everything in Saint Louis and its proximity to Washington University make this home highly desirable year-round.

The drive down the street with the lush trees and historic homes is very inviting. Hopefully you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the turning of the leaves in fall.

As you enter this incredibly cozy home, you'll immediately feel the old Saint Louis Charm. Gorgeous hardwood floors shine throughout the entire home. The living room has more than enough seating to accommodate all of your guests for movies after dinner.

Adjacent to the living room the space opens up to a foosball table, full-sized pool table and a large dining room table that comfortably seats 10. We have spent many nights here watching movies and playing games with ample space for everyone.

In the kitchen, the gleaming stainless-steel appliances, pristine white cabinets, and dramatic patterned backsplash will tempt the family chef into creating culinary delights to share with the group. With abundant counter space and plenty of storage for all your groceries and goodies, that's easy to do here.

We offer business WiFi, Roku or Smart Tv’s so you can stream from all your favorite apps while on vacation.

There is a designated work space just off the kitchen so you can have some privacy but not feel too removed from the rest of the group.

When you can't stay awake any longer, you'll have the choice of 6 spacious bedrooms to choose from.

On the main level, there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and one bedroom with a Queen-sized bed.

On the second level, there are an additional 5 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 14 guests.

The master bathroom has a tub and a separate shower, and the other 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of plush towels.

We also provide a full-size washer and dryer, a highchair, and a pack-n-play for our guests' convenience.
