Welcome to Astoria Escape! Experience the ultimate urban getaway in this conveniently located condo near Victoria's famous Inner Harbour!
Victoria's top tourist attractions, including the Parliament Buildings, the Royal British Columbia Museum, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal Theatre, the Fairmont Empress Hotel, and the finest restaurants and shops, are all just a short stroll away, within a 1-3 block radius.
Designed for comfort and practicality, this spacious and modern southeast-facing one-bedroom suite with a den comes equipped with wireless internet and a Smart TV, allowing you to enjoy your Netflix account.
Feel at home in the fully equipped modern kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to cook delicious meals, along with additional conveniences.
The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, lovely floor-to-ceiling windows and ample storage. The den includes a convenient workspace plus a bed for a third guest. A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard in the passage.
Situated on the 7th floor of the upscale Astoria building, this unit includes a dedicated underground parking space and bike rack, a fully equipped gym, and a games/meeting room with a large pool table. An onsite manager ensures security, with all entrances monitored and controlled access maintained on each floor.
The Inner Harbour offers exciting street performances, whale watching, sailing tours, and Victoria's famous Pickle Boats. The city features a vibrant food scene supported by local farms and fishermen, with various dining options just steps from the Astoria building. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy running in Beacon Hill Park, kayaking or paddleboarding in the Inner Harbour, and cycling along the Galloping Goose Trail.

Important Notes:
MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 30 days.
AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of its parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please let Victoria Prime know if you intend bringing bicycles.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
