Mary the host is wonderful. The apartment was spotless and she had thought of so many nice small touches. The view is of the water and the title Eagle's Perch is appropriate we saw several in the trees while there.

The propert was clean, well located, right beside the mouth of the Kenai River, with great view of the river. It was also well equipped with toiletries, kitchen needs, and even had fresh flowers, and some fruit. Th owners called to let us know of whale sightings next to the property. We had a great time!

Instant Warmth and Comfort

This place brought the sense of home to me. They even had it decorated for Christmas and left snacks out. I instantly felt at home and enjoyed looking out the windows at the river. Even saw beluga whales within 30 minutes of arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the restaurants and beaches in Kenai. I mixed up the dates of our stay and the host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The place was very clean and had extras like snacks, bottled water and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.
