CPR features; large infinity edge pool, 2 fire pits (coming soon), 2 jacuzzis, fitness center (coming soon), large sunbathing deck and free underground parking. Located adjacent to the 2nd entrance gate of Quivira & only 1.5 miles to the marina (100 peso Uber ride).

Note: While there is minimal construction going on near the pool, the work is on the other end of the community and has no impact on this particular residence. In addition, the owner has upgraded all windows with anti noise and hurricane grade features. Enjoy nothing but peace and quiet while on your vacation. Work to be completed by February, 2025.
