Welcome to your newly remodeled home away from home in the heart of Puyallup! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and a centrally located space.

Located downtown, you're just minutes away from the Puyallup Fairgrounds, making this the ideal spot for fairgoers and event attendees. The house features a new mini-split system to keep you comfortable year-round, a private hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring, and a fully fenced backyard.

An exterior security camera is present in the alley, attached to the shed to monitor cleaners, hot tub treatment personnel, and trash pickup.

The 4th bedroom features a foldout full size futon and games! The second bedroom upstairs includes a reading nook with books and kids toys too!

Neat house that fit what we needed for the 7 of us. Once you get use to the mini split settings it was all good. Would stay again for sure.

I've been searching for the right house, close to my daughter who lives in Puyallup for visits. I have found very limited inventory that checks all of the boxes. This place however, is perfect! Very impressive! In other rentals I've been sad to see wear and tear from previous renters, but this place looks like the re-model was just done, it's pristine. We'll definitely be coming back to this beautiful place. Thank you so much!

Very easy to get anywhere. Super convenient access a great walking neighborhood lots of Local food and fantastic local pubs just a great place to rest.

Family friendly, cozy & spacious feel. Suggest support bar in shower, a few folding chairs, USB charging stations, and Roku has very few choices. Walking distance to the farmers market & downtown.

Great House

This house was perfect for our family of 6 visiting family in Puyallup. The yard was a huge factor in booking this property as my kids could play outside daily. There was enough space that my kids were not on top of each other. Nick was an amazing host who was also accessible for questions!

Great for families with young kids

Nicely remodeled property. Clean inside, comfortable beds and pillows, provided plenty of toilet paper. Nice back yard with plenty of space. Huge positive was property had curtains and blinds in all rooms. My 9 month old was with us and the house felt safe for him and the blinds in the kids room helped with nap times and I didn't have to do much baby proofing. Great stay and walking distance from downtown.

The house was clean. The pictures were very accurate. The only problem we had with the stay was that the hot water would run out after only two showers so, we had to really plan out showers.

Good home

Loved the parking off the alley. Mini splits in each bedroom, so each of us had control of our sleep temp. Dryer needs looked at. Sounds bad.

2nd worst experience ever

Management did respond promptly, but did nothing to resolve the heating. Had it on heat and up to 76 degrees and it was barely warmer than outside which was 61. I ended up sick. He didn’t even try to resolve the issue. Also, no wash rags on main level, no bedrooms had closets. Freezer not clean. No garage. Would not recommend.

1) I responded to the guests questions about the heating units with detailed instructions, no response was received. 2) Guest didn't appear to read welcome guide or welcome binder on site. 3) No garage is listed on the listing - guest knew before booking. 4) Two bedrooms contain accessible closets.
