The Space:

The condo is situated on the 4th floor (accessible by stairs) of a new development called Viñedos del Mar, in case you'd like to look it up. This two-story unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private terrace. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, making it perfect for a restful night's sleep. Ideal for small families or business travelers, it also offers spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Guest Access:

The common area in the community offers a great space for relaxation. It features a fun playground for kids, a refreshing pool area, and a BBQ grill area. Whether you're looking to unwind or enjoy time outdoors, this community space has something for everyone.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the swimming pool is closed every Tuesday and Thursday for routine maintenance.
