It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: Occupancy limits,Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets, Events & gatherings, Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 2 No street parking and garage is not available .
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full.
No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance This property has trash containers in the cabinet to the left of the front door in the front
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, photography/videography, podcasting or interviews coaching, classes, or client sessions, retreats or private business events
NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. SECURITY AND CAMERAS: For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras are present on the exterior and ring door bell for when the home is vacant . There are no interior cameras or surveillance of private guest areas.
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance.
A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)

Great experience

I booked the house for an out-of-town work crew which my company needed for a few weeks on our job site. Stephen & crew were so helpful and communicative through our whole stay. And the house was beautiful! My guys told me more than once how much they enjoyed staying at this house for this job. This area of town has a lot of yummy restaurants nearby and lots of activities to do within a short distance drive. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Jacksonville.
