Super quaint, clean spot exactly as described. Room was very nicely decorated like a lodge. Shower had great water pressure and hot water supply. Has all the modern essentials as a motel would. Easy access parking in front of the unit and plenty of space on the property to park our boat. We would definitely stay again!

Super nice little vintage inn. The beds were amazingly comfortable, decor and furnishings were great, everything very clean. The host was super helpful with all my questions before our arrival. Excellent price range and pet friendly. Highly recommended.

The room was super cozy, clean and had nice touches such as a kerurig, coffee and liquid creamer packets. Nicely remodeled and i felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again!

This place was quiet, nice beds, clean, and nicely redone. Hostess was very responsive. Great place the stay at a great price.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I love the fireplace tv stand and was very pleased with the Keurig. I was happy to see the coffee creamer, so many places don't think of the coffee drinkers. We will definitely stay here again and plan to stay for a few days and enjoy the fire pit.

I have stayed here before in September, I can say I like the little things they have updated. Since it wasn’t so hot I was able to sit outside and enjoy the morning and do some work.

Great hotel at the best price in town. 5 minutes from the closest boat ramp on Texoma and lots of dining options within 15 minutes. Plenty of vehicle and boat parking. Adrean, James and their family are amazing; so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
