We stayed here with three families and seven kids, and it was perfect for a big group. The sports court was a huge hit for both adults and kids, and the whole property was clean and well‑maintained. The game room kept everyone entertained in the evenings, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home on beautiful property. The amenities were incredible. The place was immaculate. The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a great place to gather with the family. Thank you for a great vacation!

Property and amenities were excellent and worked out perfectly for our party of 20. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the game room, sport court and decks with the great views. Highly recommend checking out the Cottage Vinyard/Winery literally right behind the property. Our wedding party had a great time there one night. If you’re looking for a place in a beautiful part of Georgia that provides amenities for all age groups, I recommend this property.

This house was everything in the description and more! Plenty of space for our group of 16. Beds were comfortable. The game room was great! We spent most of our time in there. The kids enjoyed all the different games and amenities! I will definitely book this place again!

The game room for kids and the separate adult game building were perfect for our family. We all had a great time. The Christmas tree was a great surprise too.

This was great for our family gathering with 8 small kids! There was so much room for them to play & the downstairs game room was perfect for them. The separate adult game barn was awesome, the view was fantastic & made a great backdrop for our family photos!Our host responded quickly to the one question we had for him.We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids and adults had plenty to keep us busy while we were at the house. Leonard was a great host. Any questions we had, he replied back in a timely manner.

What an awesome weekend and perfect place for what I needed. I was having a Cancer Free Celebration! We had 11 people stay over and then several folks just came up for one day . Ample parking fit about 11 cars and could take a couple more. Sleeping arrangements gave us choices on who to put where it worked out great .Leonard our host was easy to reach we did not have good phone service when we arrived and I was unable to gain access to all the codes to get in the door had to call LEonard . Suggest screen shot of instructions before hand ! There were so many games and things to do we had no children there but I can imagine how kids would have a ball at this place. The adults did to ! The game room is separate from the house and is a wonderful space but no bathroom which for our group which were older they would have a hard time going back and forth to the main house. Highly suggest a bathroom down there ! The deer came to see us Saturday night 4 of them . I would stay here again and high recommend. Three things to add that you need 1. A cutting board. 2. More dish towels 3. A bannister for going downstairs but nothing we didn’t work around. Thank you Leonard. The Vineyard view was absolutely beautiful! Oh yeah loved the commercial stove

Family gathering

We had an awesome experience. The house was spacious and well equipped to entertain a multi generation family. The kids enjoy the many games and arcade activities and did not want to leave the property. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this property

Excellent Family Friendly Rental

We so enjoyed our 4 night stay at Family Fun by the Vineyard. The owner has done a fabulous job of creating family friendly spaces with so much to do on the property. We enjoyed backyard soccer, the pool table, ping pong, poker, video games in the basement, the fire table out front overlooking the winery. The beds are also very comfortable which can sometimes be an issue (we rent a LOT on VRBO. You are right off the main road, but I knew that going in. Pro of that is easy convenience to all of the local attractions (like the North Georgia Zoo which we thoroughly enjoyed!). We walked up the hill to the vineyard next door one evening for happy hour which was a beautiful view and very relaxing. Overall I highly recommend this home!

We have been bringing the whole family somewhere every year for the last 10 years. Sometimes North GA or Tennessee, sometimes SC or Florida. This place was WONDERFUL. Clean, in good shape, with lots to do at the house and in the surrounding area (Helen, Cleveland, state parks and trails). We played volleyball, soccer, roasted marshmallows outside, and had the customary Newlywed Game and Karaoke competition in the game room. Lots of towels, supplies, & places to sleep as well as a nicely stocked snack and coffee tray for new arrivals. Couples can walk up the hill and wine taste while overlooking the beautiful foothills and meadow. Host was supper responsive to last minute questions. Everyone in our clan gave the place a 5 out of 5 stars. Only slight downside - an extra bathroom would be nice. We will be back.

Perfect Small Wedding Venue

We rented this property for a small wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The guests came early to enjoy spending time together playing pool, ping pong and arcade games while enjoying hos d'oeuvres. The lawn was lush and green, perfect for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There was plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor, for all our guests and the counterspace was substantial for organizing the reception food and drink. The bride had the entire upstairs to herself with a gorgeous view of the vinyard while preparing for her big day. Everyone that stayed the weekend raved about how comfortable the beds were and many guests commented on what a beautiful, fun home it was and how we picked the perfect location for my daughter's wedding. We had about 25 people total attend, including the bride and groom, and while parking is limited we had no problems at all parking all the vehicles. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well stoked and although we brought alot of items wiht us, just incase, alot of what we needed was already available at the property. Additionally, the property owner and/or management (Leonard) was very responsive and helpful. This would be the perfect location for along friend weekend and we hope to come back for such an occasion in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Leonard!!
