Nicely stocked house

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable house, great location. Private, but accessible. Disappointed in RE, had to call 3 times over a month to get emails on house details as well as check in (never sent code, had to call upon arrival). And yes, the twin bed room still smells like urine, little dusty, no need for dusty plastic plants. Little disappointed for price. Landscaping was lovely.

Hi Amy, We apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the lack of timely information and the need to contact us multiple times. Your experience is not indicative of the level of service we aim to deliver. We genuinely value your feedback and will use it to make necessary improvements to our processes. Looking at our records, we had 11 correspondences with you over email since your October inquiry, including access to and about the property. Not sure if there is a technical issue about this, but we will review on our end as this is the first callout we've seen with errors in communicating with us. Not sure if you found a different company you were calling as this property is marketed on other vacation sites we do not represent? Your feedback about the artificial plants and landscaping is duly noted. We aim to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for our guests, and your input will help us refine our interior decor choices. Once again, we appreciate your candid feedback, and we hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a more seamless and enjoyable stay. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're dedicated to making the necessary improvements. -DM

Orleans Rental - 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very enjoyable week. This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property. However, upon our arrival, we have to say that the overall cleanliness of the home was not as good as it was the year before. In addition the front door screen was completely broken and just hanging there, there was a urine-type smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the downstairs AC unit was not working properly. Upon calling the office for assistance, the screen door was repaired and we were provided an air freshener for the bedroom. By mid-week, the smell was gone. The AC unit did not work properly for the entire week.
