Very clean basement apartment. Ideal for astronomers who need to sleep in the daytime. Super friendly on-site hosts attended to minor requests immediately. Close to AstroPeak Observatories.

This was the most enjoyable stay! The basement apartment was so roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The property was quiet and relaxing with wide open views. Vince and Luann were so welcoming and kind, and even treated us with some delicious homemade baked goods. If we are ever back in the area, this is where we will stay, hands down. It is very nicely located for easy access to Zion National Park, and a quick trip up the highway to St George or Cedar City, although we didn’t want for anything in Enterprise. If you are looking to do some stargazing, the skies in this area are dark, Bortle 2-ish with Bortle 1 skies nearby and beautiful horizons for Milky Way landscape photography. I would highly recommend this property!

My wife and I have been traveling for many years, and have stayed at many Vrbo homes, many of which have been very nice. But only once in these years have we encountered a place so perfect that we would have to make up something If we wanted to offer a criticism. This now makes the second such place. Size, arrangement, cleanliness, location, and incredibly friendly host and hostess -- all were five stars and way more than five stars. Thank you Vince and Luann for going way beyond the basics to make our Zion stay so perfect.

This is an amazing (newer)basement apartment/property with all the amenities you could need. This property has a very well thought out design and is very clean. The apartment has an exterior stairwell that makes coming and going very convenient and private. The owners were on site and were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much ! Our host was very friendly and helpful (even when we had car trouble and needed to stay longer!) It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Would recommend it every time!!
