Peregrine Point Condo Steps to Lifts - AC/Amazing Views

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath single level condo is located in Peregrine Point, which is the newest building at Durango Mountain Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.

Its just a 1 minute walk to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped making great meals a breeze. The main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck to enjoy the great views. The Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and all three bedrooms have a TV. There is a full size washer/dryer, ample parking in front of the building and AC units are in each room during summer months.

All properties in the Peregrine Point building are not pet friendly per HOA rules - please do not bring your pets or emotional service animals.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Stay was great. The condo had everything you’d need, a true fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the slopes - would stay again.

The overall comfort of the space was warm and cozy. The amenities were AWSOME. The proximity to the front entrance from the parking lots were very appealing for our handicapped family member. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I will definitely use this same space when we plan our return.

Excellent Stay

All the amenities we needed for our stay were made available. Super clean. Good internet and cable. Everything worked in the condo. It was a great stay.

It a good property for a good value. It was a little disappointing with having to pay a fee to obtain some, not all, Purgatory Lodge privileges. I also dislike the 10:00 a.am. check out time. It seems shortsighted, since the longer a family stays on property results in more money being spent onsite.

Location was great for the activities we had planned. The condo was spotless with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable. This was a great place to come back to and just relax after a long day hiking or paddle boarding. Having access to DMC was nice too. Will definitely look to book this condo on our next visit.
