For seamless access, guests receive a secure code to enter the parking area and use the elevator to reach our third-floor sanctuary. Please note that only booked guests are allowed entry, maintaining privacy and security for all.
Our attentive reservations team is available daily from 8 am to 10 pm to address any inquiries, and we`ve established a dedicated chat group exclusively for guests of this property. While our penthouse is not a serviced apartment, we offer complimentary weekly cleaning for stays over 9 days, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment upon your arrival.
The self-catering apartment includes a small starter pack of essentials, and despite occasional load shedding, our inverter ensures your wifi and TV remain operational. The gas stove and BBQ/Braai on the balcony are ready for your use, with the understanding that guests are responsible for their safe operation and maintenance.
Please be aware of the vibrant nature of our developing city, which may include occasional noise or service interruptions beyond our control.
