Great little place to stay for a couples getaway. Had a beautiful view and a fantastic cove. We would come back.

This place was perfect for what we rented it for. It was rented as a getaway for two of us on the lake and we couldn't have asked for a better place. If you are looking for something small and quiet for a couple this place is great.

The rooms were clean and it was the perfect space for a girls trip. My friend and I had a wonderful time paddle boarding off the dock and chatting with the friendly neighbors.

There were 3 of us and The home was SMALL and for that reason only I wouldn’t rent it again. But it was clean and a very nice place to rest our heads! Served it’s purpose

We didn’t end up staying. It felt unclean and the couch had stains on it. The deck cushions were really dirty and couldn’t be used.

There is a noticeable stain the couch but it has been cleaned and sanitized several times. I was in contact with this person before she left, no questions were asked. It rained for two days so the outside cushions were wet. She left before asking any questions and there were new seats she could have used in the boat. Also had new cushions in the shed. I hate to have someone leave unsatisfied. My family personally cleaned/sanitized, left the ice maker going, and the AC set comfortable before they arrived! I wish questions would have been asked.

This property felt like the owner just left all their stuff and did not prepare it to be rented at all. It did not feel very clean when we arrived. When we called to check in, as instructed in the email, the owner just said “ don’t eat the food or drink the alcohol because it’s my family’s.” We had our own supplies and had no intention of eating or drinking someone else’s food or drink. After checkout we received an email trying to charge us 50 for stuff that we did not do. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. The dock was very nice to sit on, but that was the highlight.

House cleaner said the residents was left with a bad smell, puke in the trash can and rules not adhered to. $50 was going to the house cleaner. Attempted to call renter several times with no return call. After extra charge renter called and denied the house cleaners statements! The only thing left out are things to be used by vacationers!

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and perfect. Clear instructions to enjoy our visit. Host was timely in responding to questions and most helpful. I will come back.

The house is cozy and has everything a couple needs for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable, definitely a quiet little place, but the DOCK…we all but lived on it. So peaceful and lovely with your morning coffee and your evening wine. Could not get enough! Highly recommend!!

Fishing Cabin

The owner was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Great location and very nice dock. Cabin was a little smaller than appeared in photos but worked for us. Futon was not very comfortable but again worked for a night or 2. Would stay again!

We truly enjoyed the location. Watching the boats and kids play on the water was entertaining. Relaxing, that was what we were looking for, a place to get away. The house was smaller than described, we made it work. Enjoyed eating on the deck every night. The host was great to work with very accommodating. Easy to find and access. The house was more lived in, not set up for guests to rent, again it was not difficult to make it work for us. We will be renting this home again.

Peaceful and beautiful views

Definitely a cozy lake house. This is definitely a place to go if you don’t want to do touristy type things as it’s quite a jaunt to the nearest town. The views…especially on the 4th of July were spectacular! It appeared that the house was in the midst of remodeling/updating. There was a funky smell in the house, the fly tape hanging in the main area was a bit gross but see why they did it, and the deck furniture could have used a good cleaning. Overall, it just seemed lived in rather than setup for guests. I would definitely return to this lake house! The host was very responsive and kind.

The renter was great. This is a work in progress which is slowly getting fixed. The prior owners thought paint fixed everything so it is taking time to fix things. It will only get better from here. Also I am trying to keep prices lower so people can afford to rent it. Thanks for the patience.

Beautiful location on the lake with gorgeous views. The home is clean and comfortable and had everything we could have wanted (except WiFi). The road down to the house is a bit difficult to maneuver with a large truck/trailer but it all worked out. We really enjoyed the lake, swing, fire pit and grill. Overall a very memorable, relaxing and peaceful trip.

Nick was so great from pre-booking to even after checkout. Asked multiple things before heading that way to ensure a smooth trip. And he was always very communicative. Check in was very simple and we were checked on. We didnt use all the amenities but the scenery was spectacular. It was small enough for just us 2. We didnt need anything extravagant. A truck would Definitely be wise because the roads aren't great but once your there. Its like a paradise away from home. Spent most the time out on the dock enjoying nature and the lake and as soon as I came home I wanted to go back. The bed is super comfortable. If your TV people. Pick a couple of your favorite dvds but definitely recommend taking advantage of the nature around you. Nick was more than accommodating and we cannot wait to return.
