This amazing house features 1 king bed, 2 full beds, 3 bathrooms with showers, and a cozy living room and family room with 2 pull out sofa beds and option to have 1 crib. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like laundry with washing and dryer, hair dryers, AC and upgraded cable and WiFi package during your stay. True to pictures

Great and clean house. Beautiful views, stocked kitchen with tons of plates, silverware, cookware, washer/dryer. Very nice host. Pool was great the place was in great condition, well decorated, potentially one of the nicest house rentals I’ve stayed in. Less than 10 minutes from many grocery stores.

Better than expected

The house & the property owners are fantastic. The location/neighborhood is fine but I spent time in downtown WPB which was less than a 10 minute drive. This was my second time staying at this home & it will not be my last. It feels like home & Gigi, the owner, couldn't be more accommodating. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Waterway perfect retreat

We booked this property for our Christmas getaway based on the set up of the house and the absolutely gorgeous backyard - and it did not disappoint. Our family spent hours enjoying the warm weather, looking at the water from the well appointed furniture in the yard - especially the tiki hut! The owner was terrific to work with and was extremely attentive and communicative. We were lucky enough to book an extra day onto the trip once we saw how lovely the place was. Overall fabulous property in a good location that will work for everyone.

The pictures do not lie!! From the very moment we arrived at this charming home, we knew our stay would be something truly special. Cleanliness was impeccable. There were thoughtful touches everywhere: fluffy towels in the bathrooms, pool/beach towels readily available. Each bedroom had a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or simply sharing meals together. Fully equipped with modern appliances and it offered everything needed for gourmet breakfasts and lazy brunches alike. The outdoor spaces were nothing short of enchanting. The backyard faces a lovely lake area with an area to have a boat and or jet skis docked. A shaded patio, complete with a barbecue grill and ample seating, set the stage for lively dinners and quiet morning coffees. If you are searching for a place that feels less like a rental and more like a cherished retreat—look no further. This home is a true gem, and our time here will remain one of our most treasured travel memories for years to come. What truly set this home apart, however, was the host’s exceptional hospitality. Communication was prompt, friendly, and accommodating from the very first inquiry.

Wonderful Property and Location!

My wife & I live in Florida but needed to be in the West Palm area for meetings. It's a 3 hour drive from home so we prefer to stay in town for a couple days vs drive there and back. We also have a 8lb "Fur Baby" that travels everywhere with us so we prefer VRBO over hotels. She just does better at homes. As long as there is availability we will always be coming back here! The Neighborhood: It's a friendly, clean, safe neighborhood centered around a lake with just enough activity on it to keep it interesting. We were only there for a few days but we made friends just by sitting out on the dock. The Location: Everything was close and yet you have this fantastic sense of privacy and peace when you get back into the neighborhood. We were able to order meals, get to the grocery etc quickly and our meetings were an easy 15 min drive. The Home: Immaculate & even nicer in person than in the photos! Anyone who has VRBO'd more than a few times knows that isn't always the case. The owners did a beautiful renovation to the home itself and the yard is magic. We were out there every evening. We didn't utilize the outdoor grill area or go swimming in the pool, so I can't speak to that but it was all spotless. I guess the best testament to how much we enjoyed the property is this: If it ever came up on the market... and were looking for a place on the east cost of FL ... we'd offer to buy it! Loved the location, neighborhood, home and grounds.
