This was a great location! Host suggested the Hangout, we went and loved the vibe. Great view off the balcony.

We enjoyed the week- the location is great for easy access to the grocery store and our favorite Mexican restaurant. The condo was clean and the kitchen well equipped. It could use some updating but it worked fine for us. The parking pass was a little annoying. As a previous owner at The Enclave and someone that has visited Orange Beach for over 30 years this is the first time I have ever paid for a parking pass- it should be included with the room rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a pool. The pool was toddler-friendly and gave our little ones a fun place to splash and play.The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and a great choice for a family getaway. The only downside was the parking situation. Parking was a little inconvenient, and we were disappointed to have to pay an additional 50/vehicle to park. If traveling with multiple vehicles, it is not guaranteed that the second vehicle can park on property. A security officers scans tags daily to make sure you are registered to park. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The beds were not clean and full of black hair (none of us have black hair) but what was horrible was parking! Even being registered we still got warnings on our vehicle

Positives:- location- spacious - TVs in all bedrooms- Ice maker- Give/use pool toy share closet - Loved large couch- PoolNegatives:- Condensation puddle on deck slippery- Leave WiFi and Beach gate codes in condo- Outdoor patio chairs not cleaned- Outside of front door is filthy - Could use updated appliances in kitchen- Recliner in couch broken- Bathroom outlet in bedroom to right of front door very loose.- Hair dryers need replacing, wires showing and/or do not work- Some walls show wear and could use paintingOverall, we enjoyed our stay.

A couple things to note before getting into the details - im not someone to leave negative reviews. Also, we have stayed at the Enclave no less than 20 times and it’s our preferred condo in Orange Beach. Travelers beware of 201: -Unit was DISGUSTING at check in. Hair all over bedroom 2 floor and shower.bathroom 3 also had tons of hair on counter and inside drawers. Crumbs on coffee table. Floors barely swept. Very unclean to say the least. -Batteries missing out of tv remotes. Had to buy new at Walmart across the street. -Not enough sheets / covers to cover all beds in condo. -Third bedroom had no storage for clothes (3 beds). Had to live out of the suitcase for a week. PARKING SCAM - listing read “1-2 spots available”. Paid 50 for one car and then 25-50/ day for “overflow parking”. Again, 20 times at the enclave and have never had less than 2 spots / never paid anything more than the cost of the condo. HUGE SCAM. - Dresser of the master bedroom unusable due to musty smell. - No pantry / space accessible for groceries and food -shower towels provided significantly less than person ratio Positives: - layout was great (other than no pantry)-second floor was great for the family ; easy access from the stairs - well stocked kitchen. Nice dishes and a lot of them. VERY DISAPPOINTED in 201 / Beachball properties compared to our previous 20 visits.

Family vacation 2025

Was a nice place and good location but needed some updates. Sectional couch was broken and curtain rod coming out of wall and couldn't use the lamp in the living room because there was no plug available. One plug in another wall not safe because when you tried to plug anything in the outlet pushed back into the wall . On a positive note it was a great location to grocery and pharmacy across the street and the ice machine there was an awesome surprise. Came in handy for our family of eleven. Kitchen was stocked well with appliances. Parking is rough but was made aware with plenty of time to plan ahead. It was a holiday week. Mattresses could use some updating but layout was great with the 5 kids we had with us. Would definitely consider staying here again next year.

Good service, but too many maintenance issues

We appreciate the service from BeachBall, we love the location, and there were no housekeeping issues, but the property has several maintenance issues. After mentally noting several items, we started keeping a list. The front door doesn't seal, so it rattles and the wind blows through. The rocking chair in the master bedroom is broken. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is missing. The kitchen sink left drain leaks under the cabinet (we left a pot for it to drip into). The microwave interior is damaged and corroded. The dishwasher vent is moldy. The master bath shower door is corroded and moldy. There is no dustpan. The master bedroom ceiling fan in out of balance and bangs on the light fixture. The dryer is not well vented, so it takes way too long to dry a load of clothes. The front bedroom window blinds do not close completely, and the closing rod is missing. The sectional couch sections are disconnected. The entire property is looking more and more run down. We'll look for another property next time. We have changed rental companies to Beachball because in the past we have had wonderful properties. The Enclave will not be a property we will stay at again.
