When they mean private they mean private best place to stay with your significant other very beautiful and romantic will definitely come back in the future also the hosts are very helpful can’t wait to come back!

Cute and cozy

We loved our stay. We never needed to leave the cabin. Very cute and cozy. We loved the hot tub and the sauna.

Very private

We enjoyed our whole stay..they provided mostly everything and the privacy is awesome.definitely would go back there.

Lovely retreat

Quick stop to recharge our batteries as we travel through Washington and Oregon. A relaxing sauna, simple meal and a game of Scrabble capped off the evening.

Amazing

The property is really amazing. Secluded and quiet. All the amenities are amazing. Host is awesome to work with and overall just a very wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

Quiet and quaint getaway

There was just enough space for 3 of us to sleep (kiddo, wife, and me). We enjoyed the quiet privacy of the property with hot tub and sauna. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Too bad it was rainy and chilly during our stay; we would have definitely enjoyed hanging out outside more.

Lovely retreat

A lovely, secluded property 1.5 hours from Mt St Helens and Mt Rainier. The hot tub, sauna, and location along the river all made for great relaxation after long hiking days. Fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the house. The neighborhood leading up to the property had some construction and messy houses, but it did not take away from the experience with the property.

Great place to get away

The cabin was cozy and as advertised. The outdoor area including the sauna, hot tub and fireplaces were great! The only downside I saw was that checkin instructions could have been a little more descriptive and included a brief statement about driving past multiple no trespassing signs to get to the cabin. Other than that’s it was enjoyable and worth it.

This is a hidden gem. A quaint little cottage with every detail covered. We loved the privacy, hot tub and sauna and the washer and dryer but most of the ambiance of the property. The host took care to make sure we located it and then called just be sure we had everything we needed. If I lived closer this would be our new weekend getaway. Highly recommend

Great place, great host!

Secluded and cozy! We stayed for a long weekend to check out the area. This was the perfect base for us as it was a quiet and peaceful respite at the end of each day. We loved sitting by the river each morning for coffee and enjoying the hot tub each evening as we watched for the bald eagle that cruised by along the river. It’s obvious Kaniz takes great pride in the property and ensuring a great stay. Kaniz was very responsive to a very minor issue we had with the tv and got it resolved quickly. WiFi was strong everywhere. Entry was easy and we felt very secure. The hot tub and sauna were the cleanest of any property I’ve stayed at, and both were well maintained and functioning properly. Absolutely no “ick” at all. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

The yard and outdoor seating was beautiful and private. There were many cute additions too. There was small deck under some streetlamps that we enjoyed as well as two other seating areas. The outdoor bar was so nice too. The hot tub was very clean and very enjoyable.The cabin had everything we needed, but since the weather was beautiful and the outdoors was gorgeous we mostly stayed outside.One can walk down to see a small river too. So quiet, so lovely.
