While we did have an issue with the fridge, the host was quick to help and make everything right! The place is beautiful inside and everything we needed was available. It was close to yummy restaurants and convenient to everything you might need.

I can't understand why Julia gave us a 3 star. That means she us very mean! I can post all good stuffs she wrote about our apartment here for everyone to see. She was so impressed abd enamored with how vlean and gorgeous the apartment was, so I rely can't understand this terrible grade she gave us. I only know she complained twice about the neighbors upstairs smoke detectors beeking and disturbing on whom I really don't have control cos my apartment is downstairs but I went out of my way to get them 2 new 9V batteries and they hot it fixed but I guess she could never be satisfied....

The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay while visiting our IUP student. The size of the apartment was wonderful. It was so much more space than if we had booked a hotel room. We did a lot of eating out, so we didn't really use the kitchen much, but what we did need was there.We had to reach out to the host for a couple of small things, and they were always quick to respond.

Great place to stay for exploring downtown Indiana and the IUP campus. We stayed here with our IUP-bound daughter to explore area before orientation this Summer. Apartment was spacious and clean with easy off-street parking for two cars in back of house. King bed mattress was very comfortable! Perfect for our family of four - my wife and I and two daughters - 15 and 18. Ten minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and IUP campus. Excellent communication with property host. Host responded immediately to my messages. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was good after we arrived. We will definitely return!

Review

Nice that all of the workers were able to eat meals together. The location was perfect to their place of work. The guys lost their key, host quickly had another one made and met them at their place of work to deliver the key to them. Appreciate the hosts attentiveness to our needs. Able to accommodate our need to extend the stay.

Nice ares

Overall this house was great. The neighborhood was nice and very close yo IUP so walkable. Only complaints i have was no towel rack in the bathroom and smoke detectors had been removed except for upstairs and back bedroom. Well furnished home ..pretty much everything we needed. Host was verh nice to work with as well. Would we stay here again,? Definitely!

On the day of check in the host cancelled our reservation/had double booked the property. We had corresponded several times about the stay in the time since I made the reservation (6 months prior). He blamed Vrbo, but IMHO he should have known/ kept track of his bookings. Vrbo immediately refunded the fees, and partially covered the extra expenses incurred to book a hotel at the last minute. So yay to Vrbo.

Well, I am surmised you wrote this false review after all the explanations I provided you. What you are ignorant of is that Vrbo had closed my account over 3 months before your check in cancelled all past and future bookings... I was shocked they left yours on for no reason and we HAVE NOTHING to do with thar. Take out your bitterness out on Vrbo afterall you got your full refund from Vrbo.
