Location! Location! Location! We loved everything about this property: did I mention the location??, very well provisioned, fabulously attentive hosts, and plenty of space for our crew. I can’t wait to book again for next year!

This is a beautiful, warm, comfortable house. The location is terrific — a pleasant longer walk through great neighborhoods to downtown Boulder and only a few steps from amazing hiking. Sue is a kind, thoughtful, responsive host. Our family really enjoyed our long weekend there.

Stunning views with close proximity to Pearl St., parks and hiking. The host was responsive, accessible and communicative. Beautiful, clean home with ample beds and baths for five seasoned folks. Loved the pristine and large back yard with the seating arrangements. The kitchen was well supplied with items to prepare food. We did miss a microwave for reheating however, there was a air fryer toaster for food and teapot for water.Wonderful vibe, nicely done!

The house was a wonderful spot to spend a long weekend with family. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio was a great place to hang out. We grilled one night, turned on the fire pit, and gazed at the moon and stars. Getting to walk across the street to hike was the icing on the cake!

Very nice family home in a great Boulder location. Beautiful neighborhood and close to Chautauqua trails as well as downtown. Easy house for family gatherings with a nice patio and backyard for dinner al fresco. Also, a basement set up with big comfy couch and large screen TV. Sue and Bill were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make sure we were all set with parking and some minor inconveniences that came up.

Great location, close access to hiking. Stayed for a CU football game. Communication with the host was great. House is spacious and gorgeous. Would stay here again if I head back to Boulder.

Great location and neighborhood, short walk to wonderful hiking trails and into town. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The backyard space is a great space to hang out in.

Wonderful home

This home is very nice with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Very close to hiking and only 5 minutes from downtown.

We had such a lovely stay ! The house is beautiful, welcoming and calm. We immediately felt right at home. Sue was easy to reach, super helpful and lovely to communicate with. The location is amazing. Only glowing reviews this end. Will visit again. Thank you Bill and Sue for taking such good care of us.

Beautiful home, great location, lots of fun rooms for our 2 1/2 year old to play, walking distance to Flatirons and Sleepy Bear Park.

Beautiful Boulder home with breath taking views of the Iconic Flatirons.

Our stay over the holiday was fantastic. The house was perfect to accommodate all my holiday guests! Spacious, clean and comfortable ! The owner was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and content. It was really a joy to stay there.

beautiful Boulder location

perfect basecamp for our wedding weekend in Boulder, with hiking trails right outside the front door. Excellent communication with Sue throughout our stay. Will return if we can! :-)

Family Reunion

My family and I needed a quiet, large, and soothing place to stay for a long weekend. Sue and Bill’s place was perfect. Sue was an incredible host and the house was everything we hoped it would be. The location is gorgeous, the amenities top notch, and we especially loved the showers! . The backyard was full of song birds and downtown Boulder was easily accessible. Thank you Sue and Billy!

Great Stay Near Chautauqua

We gathered for CU move-in and a concert at Folsom Field and were very happy with the location. The house was lovely and very comfortable for a group. The backyard and views of the Flatirons were favorites. Also enjoyed the proximity to Chautauqua for hikes. The owner was very friendly and super responsive. Thanks for a great stay - we would love to rent it again in the future!

Bolder Boulder 10K

We picked this property as it was close to Boulder. It was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on patio just visiting. It was in a neighborhood right next to the Flatirons that provided a beautiful view and ease to go hiking. Sue was easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing House

We loved this house! It was beautiful and in the best location in Boulder. We could hike right out our door some of the best trails in town. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the football memorabilia as we are big football fans. Go CU Buffs and Broncos! Amazing place that was perfect for our family.
