Hi Heidi, Thank you for the review! I am so glad to hear your family had a fun time and that the game room and large kitchen were big hits. It’s always our goal to provide a comfortable space for families to make memories. I also want to sincerely apologize for the odor you encountered when you first arrived. I really appreciate you taking the time to air it out, and I’ll be working closely with our cleaning team to ensure this is addressed and doesn't happen again. I’m happy to know that overall you enjoyed your stay, and we would love to have you back for a much fresher experience in the future!

Meagan, really glad the communication made a difference during your stay at the Airport property, and we appreciate you flagging the missing top sheets and hand towels so we can make sure that doesn't slip through our turnover checklist again. Those small details matter and you were absolutely right to call them out. We hope you'll consider staying with us again next time you're in Denver, and we'll make sure everything is fully stocked and ready for you.
