I loved it. I worked in front of the window watching the seals and even a couple humpback whales. A perfect writing retreat.

Amazing place with easy beach access. What really made it amazing is the local bunnies that hang out in the backyard. This location has easy access to the surrounding parks and restaurants. Some concerns are the fireplace was not the same as the photo, some of the kitchen utensils are falling apart, the stove and sink were slightly dirty when we arrived, and the bedroom floor was really creaky. We had a great time spending a week here. There are plenty of beds for a family.

I had a wonderful stay at Shorewater Resort in Qualicum Beach. The location is truly one of its biggest highlights, right on the waterfront with stunning ocean views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you slow down and unwind.The resort is well maintained, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great choice for a restful coastal getaway. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Jennifer was prompt with her responses which made the statement much more at ease. I will gladly recommend it and stay here again!

The location of the property is perfect, just steps from the beach. Inside was clean but had a funky musty smell that didn’t go away for the first 3 days. Flooring in the upstairs of our suite needs to be replaced. The pictures on vrbo website led us to believe we had a walkout suite which we did not. All that being said,,we enjoyed our stay, and have recommended it to others

Not being clean on arrival was a challenge, and having to track people down to get clean bedding as well. However the team rallied during slow season and staffing challenges to help us get what we needed.

Restful seaside getaway

I was delighted to look out my living room and sit on my balcony to see a close up view of the water. Walking on the beach and in the park next door were daily highlights. I felt safe and secure and the unit provided the necessary kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and living room features. The rocking chair was a bonus. I would welcome a more user friendly have use. tv control/ clicker. I would stay here again for sure.
