Welcome to Mahana 1106! Located on the eleventh-floor, this one bed/one bath condo sleeps 2-4 and features stunning views of the ocean, beach and outer islands. Highlights include 65` HD TV and large sectional with queen sofa bed. The bedroom boasts a CA King plush mattress. Kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and the bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower. This unit also includes a workspace with free Wi-Fi and printer. Central AC & washer/dryer.
House Rules:
1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
5. Quite Hours 10:00 PM - 8:00AM

Condo was nicely furnished. King bed is very comfortable, and the Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and plates you need. We had a little bit of a Wi-Fi issue and the owners were very responsive scheduling maintenance to come out and get it fixed.We’ve stayed at the Mahana condos before. Love the location and proximity to the ocean. Great spot to swim and/or snorkel to see lots of fish, and turtles. And of course, the view is spectacular!! … we would definitely feel comfortable staying there again.

The Mahana was everything we hoped for and more. The condo was clean and accurate to the description, and the views were absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed our time in Maui and at the Mahana!

Amazing view and location

We were just amazed by the amount of whales and turtles we were able to see from the comfort of the living room and lanai. The view felt like we were on a cruise ship with the Luxury of a beach only a few steps away. Close to lots of food and beautiful beach walking path. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo

We have been staying at this property every year for the past 14 years. This unit is one of the nicest we’ve rented. It is obvious that the owners take a lot of pride in this condo. It has everything you will need for a lovely stay!

Amazing view!!!

You enter the property and are instantly met with breathtaking views!! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook, grill, or bake. I highly recommend this unit!!

Beautiful!

We loved our condo, they absolutely thought of every last detail! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was outstanding! The pool was great, but we were in walking distance to some great beaches also. We love the boardwalk that went on for miles, great for our daily walks. Totally recommend!

Anniversary of a lifetime

My wife and I flew to Maui for a little getaway, since we haven’t in years, to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We renewed our vows on the 30th and with the sunset behind us, it was amazing. The property had everything and more. Towering above the beach you could see forever!! Very roomy and comfortable. We watched turtles swim by from the lanai. Beds were comfortable and the shower is enormous!!! Really looking at booking again

Nice condo

Everything was great except for the outside patio. Patio furniture and handrails were extremely dirty. We didn’t want to clean it so we just didn’t use it.

This was exactly what we wanted and expected

Right over the water- with wonderful views of sea life. Very good location with stores and restaurants and ice cream nearby. Only caution- the pool is great for adults but not for little kids. Had to go over to near by hotels for a safe place for the five year old- no problem using it for the 7 year old. In any case, we would rent here again- especially a year from now when the five year old wlll be a more competent swimmer.

Condo was great. VRBO was not

We loved everything about the condo, but dealing with VRBO was terrible throughout the process. They took a hefty fee, but could not even find our reservation, saying that we booked with a property manager and not with VRBO. We didn't know there was a property manager until after we booked. The agent actually asked for my VRBO password because he could not initially find the reservation. I called VRBO several times and they were never able to help. I will avoid VRBO when possible in the future.
