Mo’s Place offers; Lg, Coveted, Spacious, Remodeled home with a Private Mountain/lake Views (when full), Seasonal Pool, Hot Tub, and exquisite two-story mountain view windows. 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, indoor and outdoor gaming areas & Bar, and rare Formal Dining Room for the large family on multiple secluded acres. Enjoy the expansive deck, BBQ, Traeger, Blackstone grill, Gas Fire Pits, Heat Lamp & woodstove for cozy nights. Short (10 min) drive to the lake, generous car, boat and/ trailer parking.
The upper floor includes 2 bedrooms and full bath as well as a large primary suite with full bathroom.
The lower floor features a large main area for family and friends to get together. Formal dining room, (fully equipped) kitchen, beverage bar, laundry room, large bedroom and full bath. The deck/pool area has multiple seating to support your entire group. A nice temp controlled game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, dart board, no host bar, Large TV and sitting areas.

We had such a great time. The pool was great and all the BBQ’s worked well. We had dinner outside every night.

Hosts are wonderful. The home is beautiful. Very well kept. Beds are super comfy. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Loved the game room, pool, hot tub, beautiful photography art, views and family time.

everything was smooth from check-in to check out everything you could possibly need on top of it hell and not really close to stores but once there you don't need anything else Home is well accommodated. I was surprised that it was four bedrooms. I thought it was only three way more room than we needed. We had an excellent time in the house were very helpful with minor items. Definitely a bit for health and we will come again.

This property was fantastic. We spent a great deal of time at the home, The pool was used almost all the time along with the hot tub and kids and adults alike enjoyed the rec. room. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table that sat 12 adults comfortably and the photos in this room added a great deal to the ambiance. The view from the window in the living room was spectacular. The hosts responded quickly and throughly to all communications. We ask several questions and never felt as though we were bothering them. I greatly appreciated that. This is definitely one of the best homes we have stayed at.

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials and more, making meal preparation easy, and the beds were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental property.Our family group ranged in age from 15 to 55, and everyone found plenty to enjoy. The pool and hot tub quickly became the heart of our vacation, providing hours of fun and relaxation. The game room was another standout feature, complete with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, darts, poker table, bar, and fridge. It kept everyone entertained for hours. We also loved the privacy of the property, as it is nicely separated from neighboring homes. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather and make memories together.

AMAZING!

The listing information doesn't do this place justice!! It is STUNNING! The views are incredible! The hosts are so attentive and friendly. Everything about this ppace is top notch. We will definitely stay again!

My family I spent our annual summer getaway at this amazing home. You could not ask for a more beautiful view or setting. And the pool and spa were kept beautifully clean and so much fun for our family. The home was more than big enough for the nine of us and was roomy and cozy at the same time. The owner was responsive to our every question or need.It is definitely a place we’d like to come back too.

This was our 3rd time renting this house. It is an amazing property. We love the game room, the kitchen, and uses the grill, the Blackstone and the smoker. Such a great family vacation!Tricia and Gary were very responsive to my questions Hoping to return next year

I have rarely worked with such pleasant and responsive hosts and want to commend them for all the help and information provided. We reported a malfunctioning toilet and it was repaired within a couple of hours! The views from the place were stunning! And even though the unanticipated 100F heat impacted our hiking plans, the lovely pool and the well-equipped game room meant we were not at a loss for activities. It was a wonderful stay. My only quibble is that when searching properties "near" Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, this house popped up, even though it was well over half an hour away.
