This spacious and well-appointed home boasts a unique, open floor plan with plenty of natural light pouring in from the large windows. The living area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Wichita. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
The home has one cozy bedroom with a comfortable king bed and large closet for your belongings. The bathroom includes a shower/bath and all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!

Nice place close to where I had business. Accidently locked myself out and they were nice enough to come late at night and let me in.

Thanksgiving and visiting with family
It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.
