Host was very good at immediately communicating upon arrival. The place was just what we needed and the location was great for us visiting family in NY. We’d happily stay again.

This apartment met all our needs for a week-long visit to NYC. We were a party of 3 and the space could easily accommodate at least 4. At just over a block to the L train, we had easy access to all parts of the city. There are plenty of good places to eat in the neighborhood as well as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Target. Communication from the host was excellent.

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor apartment in the lower east side. Small kitchenette for breakfast or light cooking. In unit laundry, so you can pack light. 5 minute walk to the subway, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Host was great with communication, and check in was easy.

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and still felt safe and quiet at night. Subway station is close. We also found a parking garage very nearby, and parking was under 200 for five days. Apt size and layout was good for two couples traveling together. Loved that there were two bathrooms!! Other reviewers mentioned issues with the AC. The AC worked and the apartment stayed cooled. One unit did leak but this was not an issue. We just laid a towel on the floor underneath of it. It was not leaking on anything and was working fine for our entire stay. Owner/property manager was quick to respond with a question we had upon our arrival. Would recommend and will stay here again!

This apartment was in a great location on the Lower East Side. It was 2 blocks from the subway and the bus stop so there was easy access all around the city. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Place was pretty nice and mostly well maintained. There were definitely a few problems, the bedroom AC leaks constantly, walls have tons of water damage, we woke up the first morning to a hugh puddle of water on the floor. Thankfully there was a mop bucket in the closet we could put under it to collect the water for the rest of our stay. The patio is filthy, could be such a nice little spot but there are no chairs and it’s littered with garbage and weeds. Lastly the 2nd bedroom door opens directly to the street and there is no chain on the door even though there is one on the front door where you need a code to get into the building. Close to some great food and fun places though and other than those things it was a nice place to stay.

Our stay was great!! The apartment was really nice and in a great location. Our host was fantastic and readily available when an issue did arise. Definitely will stay again our next visit!!

Perfect quiet street, perfect neighborhood, so many places to go around it. Apartment was adorable and clean! Only thing to note were the doors either needed a lock replaced or bedroom door did not close all the way. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time in the East Village at the New York Nook. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and warm. We were there in December and the heat works really well. Right near plenty of stores, shops and restaurants. Our favorite was Tompkins Square Bagels! Would stay here again.
