Great vacation place in big bear

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is just as pictured, convenient location, recently remodeled and modern features. The beds are comfortable. Nice location minutes from the lake and big bear town.

Big Bear house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice house - very roomy but it really needs blackout shades in the bedrooms - sun was pouring in at 5:45 a.m. Also, little basics like Kleenex tissues were not provided. The cushion on the swing on the back patio was 1/4 destroyed so you couldn't sit on it (looked like an animal had torn into it) - and tha back patio wasn't clean like the inside of the house. The pool table in the garage was kid-sized but the photos make it appear normal (large) size. Finally, there are lots of stairs to enter/exit the property, so it is not a good house for young kids or for people who have trouble with long flights of stairs.

We do check in frequently throughout your stay, to make sure that everything is going well - unfortunately, had we heard from you we would have addressed these items promptly.. This time of year is Pollen Season in Big Bear and despite our initial power wash of the outside deck areas, that pollen falls fast during during Spring. We made sure to wash the outside area the morning before your arrival so we do apologize that more pollen had fallen. We will check on that outside cushion and get that replaced for future guests. The pool table should be a normal sized table (not professional, but not child sized.) We will make sure to have our team walk through and ensure that this popular cabin is ready for our next guest.
