By day, the Vespera's solar filter turns it safely on the sun itself.

The third bedroom is the Star Dome, with its own king bed under the stars. Three kings and a queen sleeper: four beds, six guests.

The Setting: To offer the perfect balance of a peaceful escape and easy convenience to town, our estate is located off a quiet rural road. We offer the sweeping beauty of the high desert combined with the safety of a peaceful setting.





Exploring the Grounds: The property itself is a curated topography featuring several-ton locally quarried boulders and over 20+ species of cacti. You are welcome to hike and explore the Quail Wash dry creek bed right in your backyard! (Please note: Our 25-acre estate is expansive. We also host a separate luxury yurt located a full 1/4 mile away on the far opposite end of the land. Your main house compound is entirely fenced and private, but you may spot the yurt in the distance).





The Seasons: Fall is the desert's finest hour — 70° hiking days, earlier darkness for longer stargazing, and the Milky Way at its clearest. Come November, gather the whole table for wood-fired feasts from the chiminea, al fresco or in.

Our retreat sits on a massive 25-acre private reserve of stunning open desert. To offer the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience to town, the front of our property is located off a quiet rural road with a couple of neighboring homes across the street (about 200 feet away). However, your peace is fully protected: we've enclosed the entire outdoor living, spa, and dome area with a secure entry gate and a custom 6-foot corrugated steel privacy fence. Once inside the gates, or while hiking the 25 acres extending behind the home, the desert is completely yours!





★ The Shared Estate ★





Our 25-acre estate is massive! We also host a separate luxury yurt on the property, but it is located a full 1/4 mile away on the far opposite end of the acreage to ensure complete privacy, silence, and uninterrupted stargazing for everyone.
