The location right on the Main Square in the Feniks tenement house makes the Emerald apartment an ideal base for exploring Kraków. An excellent choice for groups and families of up to 4 people.
Tucked within a historic townhouse just steps from Kraków’s iconic square, the Emerald apartment offers a rare blend of elegance and unbeatable location. Perfect for families or small groups, it places you within arm’s reach of the city’s most treasured landmarks, while providing a peaceful retreat above the vibrant streets below—a place where your Kraków story begins.
From early-morning market bustle to golden-hour views over the rooftops, each day here begins with promise and ends with beauty. Wander effortlessly to nearby museums, local bakeries, and quiet churches tucked into side streets. Then return to the calm, light-filled interior of Emerald—an urban sanctuary where old-world charm meets modern-day ease, and every detail invites you to linger just a little longer.
The Feniks tenement house, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The tenement house has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Market Square. You can get there on foot, within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main train station is a 15 minute walk away. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with a permit. We have one paid parking space at our guests' disposal, reservation is required.
- We kindly ask all guests to confirm their arrival time with the reception.
- The reception is located on the 3rd floor and is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00. You can store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out
- The location of the building in the heart of the city has its price - you cannot expect perfect silence here.
- Organizing any parties (especially stag/hen parties) in the apartment or in the building is strictly prohibited, smoking and keeping animals is strictly prohibited.
- Breakfast is available as a voucher to be used in a nearby cafe for PLN 50.

The Emerald Apartment has 2 walk-through sleeping areas, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. In one of the bedrooms there is a desk, TV, wardrobe, and an equipped kitchenette. There is no separate living room. In the bathroom with shower, our guests will also find a hair dryer, and in the kitchenette there are pots, tableware, cutlery, kettle, microwave, dishwasher. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, as well as an iron with ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt. We provide high-quality bed linen and towels.
