Welcome to Sunview Paradise! This home features a brand-new in-ground heated pool with bench, hot tub, fire pit, & oversized bean bags for lounging & enjoying the sun. Enjoy the built-in BBQ, & outdoor dining, with breathtaking San Jacinto Mountain views from the huge 17,424 sq. ft. lot. The interior boasts paradise accents & vibrant wallpapers throughout. Modern amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TVs, central air, washer/dryer, & ample parking. Book now for your perfect getaway!

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 (6 adults and 2 children under 12, per city permitting), making it a great option for families and groups. With a range of amenities and a prime location, it`s designed for relaxation and entertainment in beautiful surroundings.

☆ Management: Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. We are committed to making your getaway effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday and Friday; he comes and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it`s natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you`d like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you`re booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

☆ Location: Our home is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Tram View Heights, a community that reflects the evolving character of Palm Springs. The area is experiencing redevelopment and growth, adding to its vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Like other parts of Palm Springs. Like many urban areas, you may notice a visible homeless population in the city, including downtown and surrounding regions. However, rest assured that the property offers a private, peaceful retreat, perfect for social gatherings without concerns about noise. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.

1. Car Rentals: Renting a car is often the most convenient way to get around Palm Springs, especially for visiting places outside of the city like Joshua Tree National Park or other parts of Coachella Valley.
2. Rideshares/Taxis: Companies like Uber and Lyft operate in Palm Springs, as do traditional taxi services. These are useful for quick trips around town if you prefer not to drive.
3. Bicycles: Palm Springs is a bike-friendly city with many designated bike lanes and routes. You can rent a bike to explore the city at your own pace.
4. Public Transportation: The SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Palm Springs, with routes connecting various parts of the city. However, buses might not be as convenient for some tourists due to limited hours and frequency.

Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes. We understand this may feel intrusive, and it’s not a requirement we personally enjoy or prefer. However, compliance is mandatory under city law. If we fail to enforce these requirements, the City of Palm Springs has the authority to suspend our rental permit. • Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin
