Beach access is hard to beat! The elevator was also great for two grandparents that came with us! We would love to come back again.

We had a great time at this beach house. The location can’t be beat. Very easy to get to shops and restaurants but still felt private and had incredible access to the beach. The water was just steps away. We saw dolphins on several days! The inside is just as it looks in the photos. The elevator is very small, but it got the job done for the person in our party who has mobility challenges. Host was very attentive and provided helpful instructions. The checkout process was also pretty easy. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay for our mom’s 89th birthday. The elevator was a necessity, and so nice for moving in and out. Our host was wonderful, super friendly, and extremely helpful. The view was exceptional, and our mom (who has mobility issues) got to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean on the deck without going on the beach. The hot tub was relaxing and well-maintained. We loved it, and plan to come again!

Thank you for a week with us and for flagging the wifi, the bedroom door and the breaker rather than just living with them. Losing power upstairs is not the evening anyone books, and I am sorry it landed on yours. You told us that night and we had someone out to it the next day, and the rest of your list is with our manager. Thank you also for leaving everything so neat on the way out, it was noticed. We would love to have you back.

The home was absolutely amazing! Great views, clean, every kitchen item you could ever need, elevator came in handy, communication with Christine was amazing, the beach was a 10 step walk, hot tub was perfect, very roomy!!! We WILL definitely be back!!!

Property was exactly as described. Location was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Owner/Property Manager were both very kind and responsive. Our family had a blast!

Wonderful Beach Stay

Great beach property with all needed amenities ! Wonderful family vacation stayWe enjoyed the easy beach access and it was beautiful and uncrowded Plenty of room for our family group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Hot tub was a big hit! Would definitely recommend

House was very clean. We had no need to communicate with the host. It was the consensus of our family that this was one of the best places we have stayed on Topsail. We have been coming for 20 years. The kitchen was amazingly stocked. More comfortable seating in the living room was our only suggestion. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful and Relaxing

Beautiful sunrises from a wonderful property. House has all that you would need and wonderful comfy beds. Loved relaxing in the hammocks and having the hot tub to jump in and relax. Great place to relax and enjoy - already missing it. Thanks for having a great place for family memories and relaxing!

Family vacation

Everything was as i was told. John and his family and staff was always a phone call or text away. Very very nice place we enjoyed every minute we was there. Would definitely recommend this outstanding place at the beach

There's nothing like soaking in the hot tub while gazing at the surf. This, 'on the beach' house is fantastic, with 2 decks, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, ample parking, and well appointed kitchen and laundry room. It has an interior elevator that was a "must" for our family member with mobility issues, and the stairs are gated! Very safe! Comfortable beds and plenty of plush beach and bath towels. Small dog friendly, with no doggie smells or signs of damage. Communication was friendly and clear. Loved this house!

May's Birthday Beach Trip

Me and my friends had an amazing stay the photos were not doing the beach house justice!! When I walked it was so spacious and beautiful. The views were amazing and I can't wait visit again! The house was clean when we got there and the hot tub was a fan favorite in the group! Thank you so much for hosting us!!
