Location was close to stores, food and groceries. Air conditioning was great. Its not far from a main street with noisey cars late at night. Host was responsive and helpful. Great place to stay. We have already booked our next stay.

There was a condensation issue with the living room floor because of flooring placed directly on a concrete pad. Uneven flooring if that’s an issue for mobility. Stay was fine, there was some pet odor (but the listing does say pets are allowed).

This ground floor, spacious rental was easily accessible to O street. It was nicely appointed with extra bedding and supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and off street parking was available. It was comfortable and we would definitely stay again!

The host is very nice, thought of everything to accommodate a travelers stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is spacious, quaint and decor is super cute. We will definitely book here again the next time we come to Lincoln.

Convenient location, nice and clean. The only negative was not having control of the thermostat since it was located in the upstairs unit. There were space heaters available which helped some.

Cute, convenient, and comfortable!

Property is nicer than the pictures! Much more roomy than expected and up fits are modern. Den furniture was comfortable, beds were quality, and there was plenty of kitchen supplies. Fire pit and outdoor space would be great for game weekends. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Sparse but spacious!

Great deal for the cost! Lots of room for animals, air mattresses, etc! Big TVs! The lock/door stuck and was a challenge to latch. Plenty of room for family of 6.

Comfortable stay

Very clean & quiet, made us feel comfortable right away. We only stayed for one night so we didn't use everything there was to offer, like the yard games, but they looked fun. It didn't feel like a basement unit. The lighting is bright, which is nice, since the unit only has a couple windows.

Thanksgiving visit

My adult family and (son’s girlfriend) visited my parents in Seward for Thanksgiving. It was perfect for all of us and my two schnauzers. If there were any questions the manager this responded within the hour. There weren’t any major problems at all. There weren’t any minor ones either! Great place to stay!

Review

The property fit our needs. It wasn’t the cleanest we’ve been in. And the upstairs neighbors are loud well past 11 pm and started again at 5:30 am. The neighbors dog barks a lot and runs back and forth above your bedroom. The size of apartment is great tho and has plenty of space for the.4 of us.

Was perfect for what we needed it for. Clean, convenient, easy to access, plenty of parking. Was a little chilly, but once we requested it to be warmer, it was corrected immediately. Loved the cozy set up, all of us were able to have our own spaces, and room to be private. Would stay again, if in town!
