Erin's property is beautiful, well-kept, and extremely welcoming. We felt absolutely comfortable hanging in the yard, using the grill and pool, and even the outdoor dining area as a workspace. Communication was easy and no-stress. Just a beautiful home in a beautiful place!Highly recommend this to anyone. I hope to be back one day.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, 5-7 min drive from the beach. The host was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getting

An amazing stay made all the better by the host - thank you Erin and crew. It’s a beautiful property, close to town but away from the business of Tamarindo. The pool is beautiful - refreshing. The place is well equipped. Very comfortable and the tech worked perfectly.

Beautiful and clean home with wildlife watching from large windows as well as the pool and cozy outdoor living/kitchen area. Two master suites and perfect space for families. We enjoyed seeing monkeys daily and hearing the birds sing while having our morning coffee from the comfy outdoor couches. Like home away from home. Nice neighbors and close enough to town using a golf cart. Very private and great hosts!

This property is gorgeous, especially the outdoor components in the yard shaded by some beautifully large trees. Consisting of a fair sized pool, massive pool deck, and covered outdoor living area and kitchen, we spent most of our time together in this space.The house itself is clean and well equipped. Erin’s mother lives on the property and made us feel welcome, gave us a tour and was around for anything we needed. The east and west facing windows around the door I thought were one of the coolest parts of the design of the house. Lying on the sofa in the sun with views of the yard and garden while being cooled by AC was awesome!Although the separate apartment was small and condensed, it was obvious they really tried to include everything needed for a full separate living space as it was also well equipped.Overall, we were a group of 8 and with the three bedrooms, two of our group crashed on the futon and air mattress in the loft which ended up working out well. We really enjoyed staying at this home and would love to come back!

Everything you need and more

Everything so well thought with this place. Our own home away from busy places. All stuff for the beach and the kitchen got all you need. Perfect spot. Only things to know is that a house is connected at the front of the place and there are people in it. So not all privacy but we where good with it. Thanks for all. Pool is really nice and perfect for hot days.

Just to clarify for future guests, we do live in the front residence on the property, and the pool area is a shared space. We always aim to respect our guests’ privacy while also being nearby if anything is needed.

Erin our host was very communicative, happy to help with recommendations on activities, attentive and responded very quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable because the bed was more firm than I am used to and she was very understanding and found a foam mattress pad to make it more comfortable for me. We loved the pool and outdoor kid area- it was very kid friendly. There is a kitty who manages the yard and is so sweet and we loved seeing her lounge around the yard. She keeps her distance for the most part but she will chill in the next pool chair over and take a nap while you’re laying out. The home is the perfect distance away from the business of tamarindo but close enough that you can drive into town if you want to grab dinner or see the beach. We did lock ourselves out because the doors are different in Costa Rica but we were able to get in quickly and the address on the main page is not the true address of the home. You will find the true address in the check in instructions (which I never found in my email) I mentioned these to Erin and she was actively working on making those things more clear for future guests while we were there. She was working on making it so that you can see them in the app and also email because the emails can go to junk mail.
