The Icon building is located in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Toronto. The centrally located building is a five minute walk from great restaurants, bustling business centres, and lots of entertainment. At this property, we offer various spaces, each meticulously crafted to provide you with a stunning accommodation experience. The space featured is a sample space and a depiction of our other spaces (over 200). If for whatever reason you want to transfer to another space - just ask!
The Suites:
• fully furnished condo with full-sized kitchen
• 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
• in-suite full sized clothes washer and dryer
• VIP Cable and Internet
• All utilities and no caps
• 7 day a week ground service support (we will provide you info on how to
connect directly with them)
• Mon to Fri helpdesk support 24 hours and 9am to 2am on Sat and Sun
• Modern finishes

• BBQ deck
• 24 hour security with key fob access to building

Icon has a fantastic location with a variety of amenities and attractions nearby. The rooftop park with sun deck and barbecue terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the city views. The well appointed fitness club and relaxing indoor pool offer opportunities to stay active and healthy. Having a 24-hour concierge available is also a convenient feature. One concierge on the ground floor connects the Icon II (250 Wellington Street West) and Icon I (270 Wellington Street West) buildings.
