We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing clearly states that check-in is off-site, as this building requires key fob access for entry, and the garage also requires an RFID card. Because of these access controls, keys and fobs must be picked up and returned through our office. We’d also be interested to know how your friends accessed the building and garage without a fob or RFID card, as that is not the standard access method for this property. Regarding the condition of the unit, we understand that décor, finishes, and layout may not meet every guest’s expectations, especially when comparing different units within the same building. Each unit is individually owned and maintained, which can result in variations in updates and pricing. That said, we do appreciate your comments about the condition and photos, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with the homeowner.
