Amazing family trip to Lake Norman! The house has everything you need for a great lake vacation. The backyard is so impressive: two-story deck, pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddleboards…. Grocery store, pharmacy and tons of restaurants very close by. Also, only 25 min from the Charlotte airport.Brandy & Brian were great to work with and answered any questions or concerns we had right away.

There were 17 of us in our party including 3 generations and we ALL had a wonderful time at this house! We cooked every meal at home and never left except to go to the grocery stores which were both so close and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking! Could possibly use an extra refrigerator, if could find a place to put it, with a house this large but otherwise the kitchen was awesome! Even had 3 ice makers on the property! We rented a pontoon boat and it was delivered right to the dock which was also very nice for just hanging out and swimming in the lake. Can’t say anything negative about this rental. There was so much to do around the property and we enjoyed every minute of it! The host, Brandy, was wonderful to work with. She answered any questions I had and also made recommendations for both the boat rental and also the grocery stores. This is one property that we would like to come back to!

Such an amazing property. The absolute perfect lake experience. This home is large and can accommodate a large family easily with enough space for everyone to relax in their own area when needed. Master suite is truly one of a kind. Simply breathtaking. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook a multi course meal if you’re an aspiring chef. The outdoor scene sets this property apart. Pool is large and areas to sit and enjoy. The dock is one of the highlights. Great areas to lounge, get into the water, workout, cook, stargaze, swing, sit in peace. We would recommend this home to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Brandy and Brian for an amazing vacation.

This was a fantastic home to stay in. The owners were incredibly helpful and responded to anything we needed.The home provided everything including small appliances, dishes, glasses, nice towels, anything you probably need they have. We loved the ice machines. there are 3 of them so we never were in need of ice! There is plenty to do if you never leave the property! There are so many outdoor seating areas, Kayaks, paddleboards, sandbox, trampoline, swings and the pool is fantastic with a swim up bar and hot tub. There also is a beautiful boat dock with plenty of space to gather and also includes a refrigerator, ice machine and blackstone type griddle. It is like having your own private resort! It was a fantastic week and we would love to go back next year.

This property is absolutely spectacular.We gathered our family for the holiday weekend and could not have chosen a better place. Located just 30 minutes from Charlotte Airport, it was convenient for everyone flying in.What impressed us most was how accurately the property was represented. In fact, it was even better than the photos and description. The home is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The amenities are outstanding, and there is enough to do on-site that you never feel the need to leave.The pool with the swim-up bar was a favorite feature, and the two-tier dock provided hours of fun. We spent most of our time enjoying the property and the many different outdoor gathering areas.Brandy and Brian are truly exceptional hosts. Brandy was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and provided excellent recommendations for local activities. Brian responded immediately when the hot tub entered service mode and had it resolved quickly. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really set this property apart.We would recommend this property without hesitation and are already looking forward to booking another stay. One of the best rental experiences our family has ever had.

My family has been going to Lake Norman off and on for 12 years and this house was by far the best we have stayed in over those years. Everything was very clean and the layout of both the interior and exterior were outstanding. The host Brandy was great and was very personable from booking questions through our enjoyable week. I would highly recommend this house if you want to relax and have fun.

If RRBO (Resort Rentals by Owner) was a thing, this property would be the marquee rental. Start to finish, inside and out, this is a 5-Star home, vacation spot and rental experience.
