SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.

DORAL PENTHOUSE 7: Breathtaking views of an endless coastline can be yours from this Penthouse 17th Floor balcony! The Beach Club is a luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, far from the crowds, but offers a casual fine dining to burgers by the pool plus shopping and ice cream and coffee bars, golfing options are close by, plus the historic Fort Morgan and Mobile Bay Ferry. The living room and master bedroom adjoins the spacious furnished balcony which overlooks the sparkling Doral pool and hot tub.

The condo sleeps 6 in beds. The bedding arrangement is King in primary, Queen in first guest room, 2 Twins in the second guest room. There is no sofa sleeper. The beds are made with white linen, and a set is provided for the sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries, tissue paper & detergents. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, your disposable goods, more toilet tissue and toiletries.

The views were breathtaking! The room itself was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group. Check in was very smooth with everything outlined clearing in instructions emailed to us. Easy unloading space with plenty of luggage carts, even during the holiday weekend! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location!

Doral PH 7 has an amazing view, beautiful grounds with lots to do, lots of eating and snacking options and much more. The place was stocked with towels and plenty of seating. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly. We loved the food trucks and activities area just take some bug spray because the mosquitoes like it too!

The location is great and views are wonderful. However , the listing is incorrect, it showed a king (correct) but bedroom two lists a queen (it was a double) and third bedroom was two single beds (accurate). There is no fold out sofa as listed instead there was a single roll away bed in the living area which was too small for our party of 8. The host was kind enough to send an inflatable queen bed which helped our situation. Everything else was good, the property was well maintainedAnd on site restaurants (Coast and Hideaway were excellent).

Overall the condo was great. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. There are somethings that need to be fixed. The closet door is just leaning against the wall in one of the bedrooms and the pantry door was broken. I do wish they had an option for early arrival.

Fantastic Experience - Great Views, Condo Cleanliness, Upscale

The condo was as advertised! Everything, from the booking to the actual stay, exceeded my expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo's quality was excellent. The balcony views and furniture created a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Overall, we had a positive experience.The apartment has a balcony with a spectacular ocean view that can even be enjoyed from the kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. We found the apartment very clean upon arrival, with clean, well-maintained linens, and the beach access is very convenient.However, there are a few points worth mentioning:        The listing advertised accommodations for 8 guests, but it is really comfortable for 6. There were seven of us, and although a portable extra bed was provided, there was no suitable space to place it, which made our stay less comfortable.        One of the bedrooms was advertised as having a Queen-size bed, but in reality the bed was closer to a Full size, which was smaller than expected.        Since the apartment has a drip coffee maker, we expected at least one coffee filter to be provided or a note in advance letting us know they were not included. Having to go back to the store on our first morning just to buy coffee filters was inconvenient.        The two bedrooms other than the master face the exterior hallway. This reduces privacy, requires the curtains to remain closed during the day, and allows the hallway lights to shine into the rooms at night.        The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be helpful to include a lemon squeezer, a good grater, a pair of kitchen scissors, oven mitts for safely handling hot baking dishes or pans, and an extra kitchen towel.Overall, we enjoyed it!

Great unit but needs a facelift 😊

This is a well-located property with good potential. The accommodations were comfortable, particularly the beds, which provided excellent sleep quality. We would consider staying here again based on the overall experience. There are a few areas that would benefit from attention to enhance the guest experience. The living room furniture is showing significant wear and would benefit from replacement or refurbishment. The seating was not comfortable for extended use. Additionally, the dresser in the twin bedroom has functionality issues - the drawers are difficult to operate, making it impractical for storing belongings during our stay. While these issues may seem minor, they do impact the overall quality of the accommodation. For potential renters, it’s worth noting these limitations when planning your stay. The property has solid fundamentals, and addressing these maintenance items would significantly improve the guest experience. Despite these concerns, the unit has good bones and serves its primary purpose well. With some targeted improvements, this could be an excellent rental property.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet near the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents.

If you book this condo, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse, plus, the shops and sports bar & grill near the entry of the property, and charcoal grills without additional fees.

The owner is a member of the Clubhouse, and the private amenities are available with a daily fee of $45 per condo, not per person, which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children's activities.

Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year-round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically, all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.
