The property is a 40-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, just 15 minutes from Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, and only 7 minutes from Dubai Marina Mall.

This lovely 62m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by lift.

The living room is furnished, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Dubai Marina offers plenty of thrills for those seeking an array of exciting activities. Skydiving with views of Palm Jumeirah is a must for adrenaline enthusiasts, while the city's longest zipline, stretching over the Marina's waters and skyline, adds another layer of adventure. Nearby attractions like JBR The Beach, Bluewaters Island, and Ain Dubai Eye, all within walking distance, provide endless leisure options.

For a more laid-back experience, a yacht ride or dhow cruise around the Marina offers stunning views as you sail toward Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab.

The area is also a culinary haven. Marina Walk and JBR The Walk are lined with a variety of dining options, making it easy to enjoy a stroll while sampling cuisines from around the world. From local Emirati dishes to international delicacies, Dubai’s diverse food scene caters to every taste, all set against the picturesque backdrop of the Marina and waterfront.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and the Uber App and the local version, Careem App, are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
