Great stay! The resort is nice and pretty quiet. Host was really responsive and sent all the info needed beforehand. The views from the balcony were amazing, and I love that there’s a pair of binoculars there to do some whale watching in the mornings!

Our unit was on the top floor with a private veranda and spectacular view of the water. Enjoyed watching the whales off in the distance. The pool bar/restaurant offered a nice variety of food and drink and we had two beaches within walking distance.

Fantastic one bedroom condo is a perfect getaway spot. Lynn is an incredible host, she is very timely in her communication and handled anything that we needed during our stay. This condo is fully equipped, super clean and the furniture is very comfortable. There is a full sectional and dining set out on the balcony, extending the living area. This is so important to us because my husband and I love to enjoy the outdoor spaces when we travel. The easterly orientation gave us the most beautiful sunrises. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the corridor area of Cabo. We love this area of Cabo San Lucas because it is close to town, but is far enough away to provide a quiet retreat. The two pool bars at Misiones offer great food and drinks at affordable prices. The new Fresko Supermarket provides affordable groceries, and Santa Carmela market is a great little market for snacks.

Best stay in Cabo ever! Short walk to a beautiful beach and watched the whales off our huge balcony every morning. Well stocked with towels and everything needed for the beach. Very comfortable. Fantastic location. Great communication. Fantastic all around.

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a few nights and it was great. The view is spectacular and the beach access is excellent as well.

We spent 4 days in this great apartment with wonderful open ocean views. Penthouse (6th floor) with large private balcony. very comfortable outdoor furniture, which made it hard to leave the apartment. Meals at the pool restaurant were very good and reasonable with great margaritas. Take out pizza from Jazz on the Rocks (across the street). Did not go to the beach as stairs were a problem for us. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We can highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful! This is a wonderful unit with an extra-large balcony with a spectacular view. The balcony is really an outdoor living room. I even took a couple of naps there falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. The location is excellent with easy Uber rides to wherever we wanted to go. Lynn really takes care of her guests providing lots of good information prior to arrival. I highly recommend this place and plan on returning next year. Thank you Lynn for making our stay in Cabo so enjoyable!

Fabulous views. Wonderful balcony. Pool is very private and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. Guards at the entrance are very helpful and friendly. There are steps up to the condo from the elevator but the guard brought our bags up. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views, nice condo. Not in a walkable area though. The restaurants nearby are all upscale and expensive, everything closes early (like 8-9pm) but the views were unbeatable

If the restaurants in our area are not for you, hundreds of restaurants are only a 10-minute, approximately $10 Uber ride away in downtown Cabo.

This is a lovely rental. The view is fabulous and the place is a perfect size for two with a great balcony. All necessary information was provided and easy to follow, someone was readily available if we had questions, and a lot of additional helpful information was provided about gettting around and local places. We look forward to returning.

The View!

We loved our stay at Lynn's place! The view was a show stopper and Lynn was wonderful to work with! It was our first trip to the area and Lynn's information and suggestions for dining and activities were super helpful!Great trip!We'll be back!

Ms. Pierce is very detailed. The condo is absolutely gorgeous as are the views. Definitely a very short walk to a semi private and swimmable beach. The restaurant that is very close is very eclectic, think your favorite pizza only “healthy”. However the very nearby convenience store is fantastic! The location is perfect. 15 minutes to Cabo San Lucas and about 20-25 minutes to San Jose De Cabo. Highly recommend

Great Location and Views

My wife and I spent a week relaxing and taking in the view from the penthouse deck. Wonderful, especially in the afternoon when the sun starts setting and the deck cools down with the ocean breezes. Plenty of Ubers available so didn’t need to rent a car. Nice restaurants in walking distance, or great food and drinks at the pool bar.

Stunning views, best in Cabo!

Stunning views, best in Cabo! The pictures do not do it justice. You are high up so you can see the ocean the coastline and sometimes there's fireworks. Plus, you can hear the waves from your balcony and see the waves. The view is incredible book it, you will love it! And the inside is very upscale as well.
